WELCOME!!!

I want to welcome a new member to the Big Sky Blog Group. His Name is Eric Knudsen. Eric worked at the Hassayampa Inn with me for about 3 of the 4 years I was there, came on board as the Sous Chef at the Quality Inn for about 2 years, and is now going to be working in the Sweet Tart kitchen starting June 1st. He is invited to be a co author on the Sweet Tart blog page so watch out. He may even provide a link to his own page down the line. Welcome to Sweet Tart Eric.
